"CHANGING
LIVING SITUATIONS
THAT CHANGE
LIFE IN A POSITIVE WAY"

WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE
IN THE LIFE
OF ONE CHILDTODAY
COLLABORATIVE LAW
A Collaborative Divorce/Separation is one where we negotiate and mediate to come to an agreed conclusion that suits the best results for the family. We use trained coaches and financial neutrals to assist us to reach a fair and equitable settlement. No one goes to Court until we have completed the process. It takes away angry expensive litigation. Parties walk away feeling heard; that rarely happens in traditional divorce and separation cases.
With Love, Respect, Empathy,
Compassion, Dignity and
perhaps some Compromise;
Always putting Children first.
Remember to spend time with your loved ones today. It was a rough 2020. Cherish what is important. Take family walks and be safe. If this firm can help you through difficult times, give us a call. We are here to listen without judgment. We are here to coach and work with you to find a path that helps you financially and personally.
If you share parenting please be cooperative with the other parent. Be a role model for your children. Spring is right around the corner, go to your child's activities. Coach a team your son or daughter are on. Be the best you. Do not disparage the other parent. Divorce or separation can be really tough. We are here to assist you through the process.
